Refunds Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction.


Our standard return policy is 14 business days. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must have a significant malfunction (not a problem coming from your smartphone for example).

Sale items (if any)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Perishable items such as gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)

- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or parts are missing for reasons that are not due to our error.

- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery - Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or initial payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at support@prettybust.com.


EXCHANGES: (if applicable)


We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@prettybust.com.





RETURN: (if applicable)
To return your product, you must contact us via our contact page.



Upon request, we can (perhaps) provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost of your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
